along diagonal,
horizontal, vertical and rotational planes.
Other
types of exercise equipment don't offer the full range of motion that
resistance bands offer. Resistance bands will help improve your flexibility, cardiovascular levels,
and strength. Move like you’ve never
moved before!

Each session is 45 minutes, and will be held on
Mondays at 7 pm at Quads Gym, 3727 North Broadway. $20/session.

The instructor, Wade Anderson, is a certified
fitness professional with 12 years of experience. Wade has a Masters in Applied Kinesiology
from UIC and has worked with athletes from beginner to Olympic levels.
